Brad Bailey started Greenleaf in 1983 and began servicing the Park City area in 1985. Since then, Greenleaf has become a steady local resource for tree spraying, deep-root fertilization, irrigation management, trimming, lawn care, weed control, and pest control across Summit and Wasatch Counties.
Greenleaf is not a national franchise. Today it is run by Buck Bailey and Hyrum Bailey, Brad's two sons, with the same family standards that built the company. That matters in Park City, where trees, turf, parks, soccer fields, municipal grounds, and golf-course landscapes all deal with steep access, short treatment windows, heavy snow years, drought years, second-home coordination, HOA rules, and pests that behave differently at altitude.
